We lost a special person, hard working man, and all around great friend. I've missed talking to Billy and am just shocked to read this news. My thoughts go out to his family.

I was shocked to hear about Billys struggle-I just remember him as a child on Central Ave but its still a sad and emotional time for your family-you r in my players

My husband and I met Billy when we moved to Rockwood and became neighbors. We had many conversations about his 2 dogs and how much he loved them. He was a sweet man and we enjoyed his company. Rest In Peace Bill, we will remember you fondly, Shelly and Blaine.
