William "Bill" Vint

William "Bill" Vint passed away on May 27th, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio after his short, but valiant fight with cancer. Loving dad to William Anthony Vint II, Monica Vint, and Megan Vint. Beloved brother of Kim (Marty) Wachowiak, Jackie (Clyde) Richards, Ann (John) Seman, Monica (Paul) Anstett, and Michael Vint. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Sally Vint, and also grandparents George and Attie Vint, and Pete and Anna Shydlowski. Bill is also survived by the mothers of his children, Keli Nestico and Nicole Hall, special nephew, Nicholas Seman, dear friend Russ Hartwick, along with many other loving family members and friends. He will be deeply missed by his two canine friends, Sadie and Chubbs as well. Bill worked as a carpenter for many years. Companies that were lucky to utilize his skills included SKW, Mid-American Gunite, and Greg Smith Construction. Bill loved spending time with his family, especially for holidays and family barbeques. He also enjoyed dirt bike riding, snowmobiling, and anything that got his adrenaline pumping. Visitation will be Friday, June 3rd, from 3-9 PM at the Ford Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider the family.
