I am in disbelief of Bill's passing. Such a great family man, hard worker and I considered a friend. I remember Bill's dry humor, which would make the workday at The Hartford so much better!
Linda, please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Anyone who knew or even met Bill briefly would have known immediately that he was a straight forward person, no punches pulled. There will never be another. Rest in peace my friend.
