My heart goes out to Will's family, friends and all who knew him. The world is a much better place because he was in it , and his loss will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched! I had the pleasure of working with Will and getting to know him at BDO over the last 12 years. I will always remember him for his huge heart, infectious smile and quirky sense of humor. He always knew how to make people laugh and lighten the mood, as well as being ready to pitch in and help whenever needed. I greatly admired his work with the Union and the fact that he wasn't afraid to speak up and stand up when things needed change or improvement. We shared that in common, and it warmed my heart to recently learn that he had taken over my quest to make our office an eco friendly and sustainable environment when I retired. My heart is broken to learn of his suffering. It is so like Will to want others to contribute to a cause in his memory. Rest assured, he will not be forgotten. Hugs!

Will and I worked together for several years in Waterbury and he was ALWAYS so funny and brought joy to our office every day. I'll never forget him and had the funniest comments. I got braces as an adult and was expecting my second child at the time. Will looks at me and says, " 16 and pregnant I see" we both laughed so hard and for days, weeks on end joking about it. I loved that had that kind of sense of humor. I was lucky to be able to have time in his life. May the family find peace and comfort in these challenging times. So very sorry for you loss.
