William Joseph White Jr.

William "Billy" Joseph White, Jr, age 70, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on September 23, 2025 surrounded by family.
Billy was born in Birmingham, AL on July 11, 1955, but spent most of his life in Pensacola. Before retiring, he was an auto mechanic by trade, specializing in transmissions. Billy enjoyed cars (NASCAR), motorcycles, boats, hunting with his brother John, fishing, tinkering with anything mechanical, and assembling model cars.
Billy is preceded in death by his mother Margaret Schultz McAtee; stepfather Stanley McAtee; father William J. White, Sr; and nephew James Tyler White.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 20 years, Muriel "Mary" White; his daughters Kimberly White Pavkovich (Josh) and Angel Broughman Johnson (Drew); stepchildren Mark Wheeler (Tammy), Dan Welch (Randi), Christina Conrad (Steven), Sean Ross, Luther Kirkland (Ashley), Desiree Richardson (Garrett); brother John White (Tami); sisters Donna Nickerson, Jennifer Moye, and Kristi Heintzelman (Troy); aunt Elizabeth "Betty" McCluskey; cousins Karen Chappell (Steve), Joseph Russo, and David Russo (Yuki), along with numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held to inter Billy's ashes on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:30pm; afterwards, family and close friends will gather at his daughter Kim's house to honor and celebrate Billy. The family would like to thank Peoples Hospice of Pensacola and his nurse Lisa F. for the compassion and care shown during his illness.
