Aubrey Jerry White, 84, of Holly Pond, Alabama, was welcomed into heaven on January 20, 2026. Jerry was born in Cullman County, Alabama, on March 30, 1941, to the late James Aubrey and Lucy Anna Ree Love White.
Jerry spent many years as a television repairman, and he also farmed both cattle and chickens. He was a cutup who loved life and found humor in everyday occurrences. Jerry was also an avid Alabama fan.
Jerry served as an elder for fifty-eight years in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a longtime member of Union Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Holly Pond. Jerry loved God, and his desire was that others love Him too. While there is sorrow in Jerry’s passing, we find great joy in knowing that he is in the presence of the Father.
Mr. White is preceded in death by his parents, as well as his son, Kenneth Terry White.
Jerry’s memory will live on in the heart of his wife, Alice Burks White; son, James Phillip White; grandchildren, Shauna Nicole Folds (Jeffery), Shane Terry White (Liz), James White (Amanda), Ciarra White; great-grandchildren, Alaina, Maci, Abi, J.T., and MaKayla; brother, Travis White (Linda); sister, Betty Baker Green; daughter-in-law, Tina White; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to join the White family for a time of visitation on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Layne Howard officiating. All services will be held at Union Grove Church. Jerry will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Union Grove Church in Jerry's memory.
