Willie James Edwards Sr.

Willie "James" Edwards was born November 9, 1960, to the late Willie Edwards Sr. and Earlee Johnson-Edwards in Homerville Ga. He received his formal education from Clinch County High School. He was employed by Clinch County Board of Education
for 25 plus years. Upon moving to Valdosta, Ga. he was employed by The Langdale Co. until retirement. He was a firm believer of God, and he was a very down-to-earth person.
He is preceded in death by Brothers: Willie Edwards Jr., Benjamin Edwards, and Alexander Edwards; Sisters: Lucille J. Prester, and Oime Lee Bridges.
He leaves to cherish his memories Son, James Edwards (Rose) of Homerville Ga. Daughter, Kionna Edwards of Valdosta, Ga.
Brother, Robert Lee Edwards (Arlinda) of Homerville, Ga.; Sisters: Willie Mae Evans and Glenda Faye Young both of Homerville, Ga.; Sister-in-law, Shirley Edwards of Homerville, Ga.; Grandchildren: Keyun,, Kyngston, Zay'Mon, Keh'Ari, Zayne, and AJ.; Special nieces: Ashanti Williams, and Contessa Prester; Special Nephew, Andrew Hutchinson of Homerville Ga.; Life
Long Special Friend, Lillie Mae Prester; Special Friends: Foster Anderson, Jimmy Harper, Ricky Prester, James Spates, and Jimmy Lee Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends that he loved dearly.
