Willie Fira Obituary
Willie was a devoted family man who cherished time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. His favorite pastimes included working on cars and attending drag races. Willie was a great man and will be truly missed by his friends and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Johnny Fira, and two sisters, Eliza Guzman and Evila Cervantes.
Those left to cherish his memories are; his wife, Alicia Fira of Crosbyton; two sons, Willie Fira and wife Nora, Bobby Fira and wife Irene all of Crosbyton; one daughter, Sandy Fira and Blaine of Lubbock; two brothers, Eugene Fira and wife Adela of Del Rio, TX, Joe Ray Fira and wife Anna of Crosbyton; three sisters, Ophelia Cervantes and husband Joe, Gloria Bryant and husband Charles, and Linda Fira all of Duncanville. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 20th at 2:00 pm at the San Jose Catholic Church with a burial following at the Crosbyton Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the San Jose Catholic Church on Thursday December 19th from 11 am to 7 pm with a Rosary following at 7 pm.
