Willie D. Fisher, age 81, passed away on March 15, 2025 surrounded by his family.
Willie was born on June 29, 1943, in Alliance to Mack and Elizabeth (Monroe) Fisher.
Willie worked at Kulka Steel Equipment for 35 years. After his retirement, he worked for Alliance City as a crossing guard for 20 years where he was loved by everyone and never met a stranger.
Willie was a diehard Cleveland Browns fan and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and sitting on the porch drinking coffee all day. Willie loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wilber, Russell, George and Larry Fisher; sisters, Pauline Faircloth, Maxine Purdy and Emma Jefferson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 53 years, Cassandra Fisher; daughters, Tralaina (Dean) Gattis, Crystal (Kris) Dykes, Era Fisher and Tula Kirksey; sister, Vellamae Woods; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 18th from 4-6pm at the funeral home.
