Willie Floyd Redfield, 70, entered into eternal rest on March 3, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 10, 1955, in Wrens, Georgia, he was the son of the late Queselle and Annie Ruth Redfield.

A Life of Character and Strength

Willie was a man of quiet strength and unwavering integrity. He dedicated his life to his family, always providing steady, unconditional love and guidance. A hardworking professional, he spent many years in the construction industry before retiring from Country Way Construction Company, where he was highly respected for his work ethic and generous heart.

Those Who Will Cherish His Memory

He leaves to honor his legacy his daughters, Latrisha Redfield and Latara Hankerson; his sisters, Azalene Summers (Winter Garden, FL) and Janice Cody (Augusta, GA); and his brothers, Ernest Redfield (Wrens, GA), Rufus Redfield, and Queselle Redfield (both of Augusta, GA). He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Toni Alley; a host of grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Preceded in Death By

Willie was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra Redfield; their son, Edward A. Alley; and his beloved wife, Patricia D. Hankerson Redfield. and daughter, Monica Hankerson. He was also preceded by his parents, Queselle and Annie Ruth Redfield; his sister, Hattie Redfield; and his brothers, Phenizey Redfield, Joseph Redfield, Robert Redfield, and Arnett Redfield.

Special Acknowledgments

As his health declined, Willie was lovingly cared for by his grandson Dominique J. Alley, granddaughter Inderia Hankerson, and daughter-in-law Toni Alley. The family expresses their sincere gratitude for the prayers and support shown during this difficult time.
