Willis was born February 17, 1948 to Victor and Veanna (Stoner) Eberline in Blue Earth. He lived and farmed the family homestead for over 50 years. He retired on 2020. He also served in the National Guard.
On July 2, 1983, he married Carol Ogilvie and together they farmed and raised their 2 children, Matthew and Heather.
He is survived by his loving wife Carol, son Matthew, daughter Heather (David) Bayerl, 2 grandchildren, Dominic and Maggie Bayerl, his sisters; Sharon (Allan) Krieger and family, Marlene Rapinac and family, Jean (Bill) Willmert and family and his brother Eddie (Kathy) Eberline and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Veanna, his in-laws Don and Betty Ogilvie and several aunts and uncles.
