Willis is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carmen Cynthia Laws Goff; children, Jerry Wayne Goff (Tammy), of Bethune, Michelle Goff Tedder (Charles Glenn), of Cassatt, James Dell Goff, of Alcolu, SC; grandchildren, Cynthia Darlene Cochran, Darrell Wayne Goff, Michael Joseph Cochran, Jr., Jerry Richard Goff, Amber Goff Oliver, Anthony Darnell Goff; 15 great-grandchildren, and sister, Ann Goff Peebles (Billy Joe), of Camden
Other than his parents, Willis was predeceased by his brothers, Jimmy Goff and Terry Goff.
