I was unaware and shocked that Bill had passed away several months ago. I worked with Bill at NH Employment Security for several years. He was one of the nicest people you could ever ask to have in your life. My sincere condolences to his family.

My deepest sympathy to Bill´s dear family. I worked with Bill for many years at NH Vocational Rehabilitation and consider him a significant part of the heart and soul of VR. Always kind, encouraging, supportive and passionate about helping others. Bill has had a significant impact on so many lives.

Bill was my oldest and dearest friend, though we saw each other infrequently over the last two decades, separated by our professions and distance. When we did reconnect it was always as though we had never been apart. We were friends for life, from age five until he passed. This was a kind and gentle man, decent to the bone, who possessed commitment to everyone he cared about and the list of those he cared about was long. His friends, family and clients were on that list. His adoptive family expanded to include his birth family when at last Bill was able to find and connect with them in recent years. Finding them was one of Bill´s greatest joys, along with his love and pride he felt for his daughter Christina, her good husband and her wonderful children. Bill reached out to me last summer to tell me the news about his health and we spoke and corresponded for several weeks. It was a precious gift to have had that time together, filled with talk about Christina and her family, his difficulty retiring (I told him he sucked at it) and sports. We had many good laughs together just as we always did. My life was richer to have had him in it. My prayers will always include you, Bill. As the Irish expression says, "Safe Home."
