Willis Woodcox Obituary

Willis Ray Woodcox, 88, died Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Willis was raised a Baptist and was compassionate toward others, family and strangers alike. He was retired body shop manager at Bob Hook Chevrolet and even after retirement he continued to drive their shuttle. Ray was a good cook and enjoyed being around his family, sharing food and experiences. His hobbies included bowling and quilting.

Survivors include his sisters, Rena Daugherty and Jearlynn Hoskins; step brother, Larry Dale Holton; and many nieces and nephews.

His funeral is 6pm Friday, May 17, 2024 at Fern Creek Funeral Home,5406 Bardstown Road. Visitation is after 3pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, please consider contributions to the Echols Cemetery Fund c/o Debbie Sampson, 5295 State Route 1245, Beaver Dam, KY 42320
