Wilma Kate Geoghegan, 98, passed away on Thurs. Aug. 7, 2025, at the MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Sun. Aug. 10, 2025 from 3pm-6pm and on Mon. Aug. 11, 2025 from 10am-11am at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Funeral Services are 11am on Mon. Aug. 11, 2025 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.

Mrs. Geoghegan was born on May 19, 1927, in Fayette, MS to the late John Rider Geoghegan and Nora Elizabeth Robinson Geoghegan.

She is survived by her daughter, Wilnora “Toody” Ford (Lonnie); grandson, Hunter Halford (Jennifer); great granddaughters, Katie Halford and Allie Halford; nieces, Betty Geoghegan Greer, Trudy Ainsworth Glusenkamp, Fran Ainsworth Stevenson and her step great grandchildren, Haley Walters (Tanner), Mason Davis (Jayleigh), Emily Ford and Allen Ford.
