Wilma Jones Obituary
Griggsville - Wilma Lee Jones 76 of Griggsville passed away Wednesday March 27, 2024 in Moberly Missouri. She was born May 26, 1947 in Louisiana Missouri the daughter of Wayne and Dorothy Francis Ingram. She married Dale Richard Jones June 11, 1981 in Pittsfield. Wilma worked at Brown Shoe, Bergmans Locker and the retired from Cargil. She owned and operated the Parkview Drive-In in Griggsville for many years. She enjoyed going out to eat gamble and take trips to the boats.
Surviving are her children, Melissa (Raul) Minor of Virginia, Marsha Barney of Moberly, Mona Minor of Griggsville, step daughter Diana Long od Iowa and step son Richard Jones of Springfield, IL, Five grandchildren, Dustin Guthrie, Scott Sutterfield, Ashley Collins, Audrey Nabors, Adam Collins, and many great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Patsy Miller of Vandalia, MO, Jerry Ingram of Bowling Green, MO, and Nellie Ann Perkins of Bowling Green, MO.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Dale Richard, 2 grandsons Michael Scott Guthrie, Jordan Morris, and 3 brothers, Donald Wayne, Tommy and Jackie Ingram and her beloved dog Honey.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Monday April 1, 2024 at the Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Pittsfield. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to Blessing Hospice. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.airsman-hires.com

Wilma was a very sweet lady and she really helped me out when I needed it. She is going to be greatly missed. Sorry to hear of her passing. Be praying for all the family.
