Winnie Jones Lee was born on November 29, 1922 in Calloway County KY to Lola Andrus and James Jones. Ms Winnie loved gardening, working in her green house, her tomato plants, favorite flower on her porch were red geraniums, and her favorite flowers were roses. She loved to cook. She loved her cats Bonnie and Jett. She was a beloved resident of Pleasant Grove neighborhood since 1969.
Ms. Winnie is preceded in death by mother: Lola Andrus Jones, father: James Jones, sister: Cologna Jones Manning, first husband: Morris Raymond Gower, second husband: Hugh Douglas, daughter: Scarlett Gower Graham, care giver: Martha Martin. She is survived by granddaughter: Carmen Graham (Erick) Christgau; family by love: DJ Tyler, Rachel Tyler Martin, Matt Martin, Owen Martin, Brayden Martin, Heidi Denning, Jim Denning, and Harvey Denning.
