Winston Plummer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Howard K. Hill Funeral Services - Bloomfield on Jul. 24, 2024.
With profound sorrow, we announce the unexpected passing of Winston George Plummer, born on March 11, 1957, to Lloyd and Ivy May Plummer, predeceased.
Winston affectionately called "Blood", led a fulfilling life. He enjoyed hanging out with friends, spending time with his kids and grandkids, cooking and farming. He pursued careers as a mechanic, taxi operator and his long-life passion was in the construction industry. He was the epitome of a hard worker and his dedication and passion for his work inspired those around him.
Winston's devotion to his craft was matched only by his devotion to his children. He cherished his role as a father to Asher-lee, Nadesha, Nekisha, Roshaine, Dwayne and his 10 grandchildren; especially Keyana-Lee who for him was his heartbeat, Kee and for her it was her one and only Papa.
His journey to the USA in 2003 with daughter Asherlee, marked a new chapter filled with hope and opportunities and was a testament to Winston's unwavering commitment to provide a better future for his kids.
In 2004, Winston married his long love and companion Marcia Pitter.
Remembered for his kindness and strength, Winston leaves behind a legacy of love and commitment. Sisters: Sonia and Gloria; brothers: Darlton and Gilbert, 5 children, 10 grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, a host of other relatives and friends. We mourn his loss but hold onto fond memories of time spent together.
In the words of Winston George Plummer, "Stay deh noh make the best of the opportunity you have now" 'Life is a journey, and every step we take leaves an imprint on our souls. Cherish each moment, for they become the fabric of our story. In the tapestry of life, his memory will forever be woven with threads of love and remembrance."
Winston will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
