Winston David "Wink" Smith, 93, of Sylacauga, Alabama, a slasher at Avondale Mills, died in Sylacauga on Monday, July 8, 2002. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2002, 6-8 p.m., at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 10 a.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Tom Baker. Interment will be at Marble City Cemetery, Sylacauga. Memorial donations are appreciated to SouthernCare Hospice, 137 Franklin Street, Alexander City, AL 35010 or Westview Baptist Church, P.O. Box 717, Sylacauga, AL 35150. Arrangements entrusted to Radney-Smith Funeral Home, Sylacauga, Alabama.
