Winter Rousso Obituary
Winter was born August 2, 1964 in Glenns Falls NY. Winter was the daughter of the late Calvin Coolidge Howard Sr. and Bernice W. Callahan who survives her. She is also survived by a sister, Laurie J Tracy and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Winter was a graduate of Queensbury High School, Glenns Falls, NY class of 1982. She attended the US Academy of Private Investigation. She was employed by AT&T in Albany NY in the 1990's.
She was always interested in Law Enforcement and had a particular love of animals. Her favorite plaque states "Lord, please put your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth."
Visiting and a Memorial Service will be held at Hale Funeral Home 187 Upper Plains Road, Bradford VT on Saturday, August 7 at 11:00 with the Reverend Amy Sawtelle presiding.
Arrangements are by Hale Funeral Home.
