Wyatt Lee Duhon, 14, went to be with the Lord on October 15, 2024.
Wyatt was born on February 3, 2010 in Lake Charles, LA to Frank Duhon, Jr. and Stephanie Sturdivant Duhon. He had an amazing sense of humor, bright smile and contagious laughter. He was endlessly adored by his family and friends. He enjoyed swimming, practicing his driving, spending time with his cousins, playing football for S.P. Arnett Middle School, and many other outdoor activities. He especially loved the mountains. He was not a fan of bad weather and always kept his mother informed on the latest forecast. He was daring and never missed an opportunity to “Risk it for a biscuit!” Wyatt will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his parents, Frank Duhon, Jr. of Sulphur, LA and Stephanie Sturdivant Duhon of Westlake, LA; grandparents, Terry and Bobbie Ross of Ragley, LA, and Virgil Sturdivant of Crosby, MS; Frank Duhon, Sr. and Bertha Duhon of Sulphur, LA as well as a sibling, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and other beloved family members.
His visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume on Thursday from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Johnson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Burial will take place in Oakley Cemtery in Gilbert, LA.
