Wynanne Demler Obituary

Born in Lebanon on August 4, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Grace (Daub) Fortna. She was a member of the Northern Lebanon Class of 1970. Wynanne retired as a 2nd grade teacher from the Fredericksburg Elementary School. She was an active member of the Bunker Hill Evangelical Congregational Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brothers Dennis R. (Mamo) Fortna of Myerstown and David M. Fortna of Jonestown; sisters Gale R. wife of Dragutin Nikolic of Croatia and Sandra J. Fortna of Sevierville, TN. She will be lovingly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Ellen M. Fisher.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4. 2025, at the Bunker Hill E.C.C. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, 2208 PA-72, Lebanon, PA 17046.

My sincere condolences to Tom and family. I met Wynanne through the DAR. I truly enjoyed her friendship and company when we visited Washington DC. She had a great sense of humor and I will miss her and her laughter.
