Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - Yair Esrubilsky 52, of Davie, Florida passed away on Tuesday August 27, 2024. Yair was the beloved husband of Adela Esrubilsky; loving father of Emil Esrubilsky and Eric Esrubilsky; dear brother of Michael (Tatiana) Esrubilsky; cherished son of Maria and Guiora Esrubilsky Z"L; adored uncle of Maxi Miliano and Rebecca. As with Ted, Yair and I attended the same business school years ago.
I will always remember him as an impassioned advocate for what he believed in. He was a frequent and lively contributor to our class exchanges, and helped us see new perspectives.
I am shocked and saddened by his sudden and tragic departure. My deepest condolences go out to his family and close friends.

Yair was a friend of mine from our MBA days at Insead in Fountainebleau, France now almost 28 years ago. He made quite a strong impression in our first case study and never lost his bold intensity thereafter.
We collaborated a few times in some business where we found him a great blend of interested, upbeat, quick study and kind.
Always eager to focus on what his friends wanted to talk about, Yair supported me quietly in some frustrating moments in life and never expected anything in return, except a meaningful exchange.
This is a man of whom his family and friends can be proud. I will miss him as will so many from our class.
