Yolanda Rico

Yolanda Rico, age 66, of Rockport, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025.Yolanda was born on September 14, 1959, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Yolanda worked at Walmart for 20 years, where she was known as a dedicated employee, a hard worker and a wonderful coworker to many.

Yolanda was active in her church Templo Fuente de Bendición, had a deep passion for God and for spreading the Gospel. Her faith was evident in the way she lived her life and loved others.

Yolanda was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Yolanda is survived by her children; Josie, Elsa, and Andres. Her grandchildren; Ashley, Alyssa, Fabian, Elizabeth, Damian, Elijah, and Gali. Her siblings; Jesse and Gracie. She also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren whom she loved and adored deeply.

Yolanda was predeceased in death by her parents; Jose and Esperanza Rodriguez. Her siblings; Johnny and Esmeralda Rodriguez.

Yolanda was known for being kind, loving, and gracious. She left a lasting and positive impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she is no longer with us, she will never be forgotten.

Mom, we love you.

A funeral service honoring Yolanda’s life will be held on Friday, January 9, at 10:00 a.m. at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home at 814 E. Main St. in Rockport, Texas, 78382.

We miss her dearly. We are grateful to celebrate a life so meaningful—Mom made a tremendous impact on our family, and she is worth every emotion we are feeling. This earth was not her home. She is home now, and until we meet again. ♥
