To one of the best ever fellow teachers. Yolanda, I always admired both you and your family. Your mom was one of the best role models ever for me and she gave me some professional advice that has served me well. How I wish that I had known that you were ill but the good part is that you are where you belong which is safely home and in the arms of Jesus. It was indeed an honor to know you and to also have you as a good friend and most of all a wonderful fellow educator. Rest well my friend.

To the entire family you are in my prayers, she will be missed, a great lady indeed! I worked with her daughter at Kohl's, her mom was highly respected!

Lawrence and family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences as you mourn Yolanda´s loss and celebrate her life. She possessed a quiet, humble spirit that exemplified poise and grace. I have fond memories of spending time at the Rippy´s home as our mothers planned and prepared educational strategies. While we may have been oblivious to the details of their work, it may have been the catalyst that led Yolanda and I to become educators ourselves. I pray that you find comfort in precious memories you have shared.
