Yvette M. Renicker, age 55, of Sherrodsville, died Sunday, October 8, 2023.
A daughter of Alden Gene (Sally) Warner of Atwood Lake and Linda (John Sickafoose) Mutersbaugh Warner of Lakeland, Florida, Yvette was born in Dover, Ohio on January 15, 1968.
Upon her graduation from Indian Valley North High School, Yvette entered into the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy. Yvette went on to serve the Bucyrus and Tuscarawas County Posts of the Ohio State Highway Patrol for 23 years.
In her free time, Yvette enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding, shopping for antiques, shopping at yard sales, visiting wineries, and caring for her dogs, Shenzi and Scout. Above all, Yvette was a loving, caring, and giving individual who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Renicker, whom she married on July 15, 2006; her children, Kayla (Denver Law) McPeek of Uhrichsville, Alyce (Adrian) Archer of Port Washington, Jerryca (Noah) Markley of Dover, Delaware, Hayden (Sabrina) Renicker, of Hubbard, Ohio, and Elise (Vince) Hensel of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Kaleigh, Connor, Baleigh, Zaleigh, Kyah, Denver IV, Aaron, Arabella, Ridge, and Rebekah, who is expected to arrive in March. Completing the family are her siblings, Gina, Duane, Fawn, Eric, and Liz as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Yvette was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial visitation will be held in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. A Tuscora Lodge #4 FOP service will be held at 7:45 PM.
