Yvonne Lessard Obituary
Yvonne is the beloved wife of 15 years to Dan Lessard and of 35 years to the late Roy Johnson. Loving mother of Karen (Daniel) Nick, David (Lori) Johnson and the late Larry Johnson (d.1975). Dear grandmother of Matthew, David (Katelyn), Daniel (Stephanie), Stephanie (Joe), Anna (Sal) and Xander Great grandmother of Amy Marie and Aaron. Stepmother of Carrie Lessard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Yvonne was a longtime and active member of St. William Parish in Walled Lake and formerly at St. Anne Basilica in Detroit. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Rosary Alter Society at St. William.
Funeral from St. William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake Monday, 11 AM (In state 10:30 AM). Friends may visit Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Sunday 4-8 PM (Vigil 7 PM). Interment St. Hedwig Cemetery. Memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.

My deepest condolences to Dan, Karen, David and all of the Comeau family. We have lost a truly wonderful cousin. It was clear to everyone how deeply family sat at the center of her heart. One of the many things I´ll always remember about her is the effort she made to attend the family reunion in August 2023, traveling such a long distance and pushing through illness just to be with the cousins she loved so much. She was radiant when she saw how many people were there. That says everything about who she was. Her love, determination, and devotion to family will never be forgotten.
God keep her forever in His ever-loving heart.

She was one of the four remaining descendants of the Capelle sisters (pictured here in August 2023 during a family reunion). She was so very happy to be with her cousins. We will miss her very much. Rest in peace, my darling Yvonne.
