In Loving Memory of Yvonne Dawn Niemuth
*January 13, 1960 – April 21, 2025*
Yvonne Dawn Niemuth, age 65, of North Pole, Alaska, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025. Born in Marshfield, Wisconsin, on January 13, 1960, Yvonne lived a life defined by unwavering love, fierce devotion, and extraordinary faith.
A devoted wife and mother, Yvonne was the heart of her home. Over more than forty years, she lovingly raised eight children-often single-handedly while her husband Jordan served on TDY with the U.S. Air Force. She poured herself into every birthday party, holiday gathering, and ordinary day with unmatched care and intention.
Yvonne homeschooled most of her children. With passion and purpose, she always strived to give them a strong foundation rooted in faith and knowledge. She loved the outdoors- gardening, picking raspberries, making jam-and found joy in beautifying her yard. Long road trips were a regular part of life; she often packed up the minivan for cross-country adventures.
A credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God, Yvonne lived out her faith boldly and joyfully. She served alongside her sons in Fort Yukon and treasured her time ministering in Minto. Whether volunteering at church or praying for missionaries across the globe, she gave generously of her time, resources, and heart. Street ministry in Fairbanks held a special place in her heart; she never missed a chance to share the love of Jesus.
Yvonne was a force of nature-visionary, driven by love, and full of compassion. Her hospitality was abundant; her kindness knew no bounds. She made others feel seen and cherished. Her strength came from a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Despite facing many challenges early in life, she chose to live with purpose, grace, and hope.
She is survived by her beloved husband Jordan; children James (Katie), Jeremiah (Sharnay), Julia, Joshua (Cheyenne), Jessica, Jenese, Jasmin (Isaac), and Jacob; grandchildren Madilyn, Cayden, Lucas, Alana, Araya, Judah, Ember, Emery, Serenity, and Ezekiel; siblings Tim (Debra), Kerry, Jolene, and Corinne; as well as many extended family members and friends who were blessed to be part of her wide circle of love.
She was preceded in death by her parents Glendon and Marie Collins; and siblings Alan and Kris.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Yvonne's life will be held on
Sunday, June 8th, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the *Niemuth Home*, located at: 3800 Peter Hawk Ave., North Pole, Alaska 99705.
Though deeply missed here on Earth, we rejoice knowing Yvonne is now whole and radiant in the presence of her Savior. Her legacy continues through every life she touched.
*"Well done, good and faithful servant."*
