It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of precious baby Zaire Brooks, who entered this world on August 3, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General. Tragically, Zaire left us on the same day, leaving a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who loved him dearly, albeit for a brief time.
Zaire was the cherished son of Aaliyah Shawntae Harper and Landon Brooks, who, despite the fleeting moments they shared with him, will forever hold him close in their hearts. Each tiny breath he took was a testament to the love and hope that surrounded his home before he arrived.
Though he was with us for only a single day, Zaire’s presence was filled with warmth and light. He embodied the infinite possibilities that come with new beginnings, a sprinkle of joy that would have undoubtedly radiated through the lives of all who would have had the privilege to know him.
Aaliyah and Landon, in their grief, have been deeply touched by the love and support from family and friends during this incredibly challenging time. They find solace in the beautiful dreams they held for their son and in knowing that he is forever a part of their story, forever in the embrace of love.
As we reflect on Zaire's short, yet meaningful life, we are reminded of what truly matters—the bonds we forge and the love we share. Though his journey was brief, the impact he made will carry on in the hearts of his parents, who will cherish each memory of their beloved son.
In the quiet stillness, Zaire Brooks will always be our gentle reminder of love, hope, and the precious nature of life. Rest peacefully, sweet angel.
