Dear Debra and family, Thank you Zeb for saving Oak Ally. Have visited since the 60's, recently on 11/29/2025. Met Aunt Tita years ago and followed the plantation's many changes. Prayers for Zeb and all who morn the loss of such a giving person.Will have mass said for him.
Lee and Cathy Domangue (formally from N.O.and Thibodeaux) now on the bayou.

My deepest sympathies to Debra and the Mayhew family with regards to the loss of Zeb. He was a very special friend during our teenage years as well as many years thereafter. Zeb accomplished so much during his lifetime and took great care of Oak Alley throughout many difficult times. He will always be remembered.

Sorry to read about Zeb's passing. Wishing the best for the family in this difficult time. Zeb was a smart man and did a wonderful job of leading Oak Alley. I very much enjoyed the times that I got to spend with him.

To the family of Mr Zeb.being a caregiver for Mr Zeb was a pleasure the short times I've taken care of Mr Zeb was a blessing to have known him yes he was a legend he fought until the end.i can tell you everytime after dinner he had a routine and every night we did it even though he was weak he still tried to stand and take care of himself.so just being around him and his beautiful family was the best I really enjoyed taking care of Mr Zeb and he will be missed.when I went to his home some...

Zeb was a great friend who served on the Economic Development Board for many years. His expertise in the tourism industry was greatly appreciated. He will be missed.

I have known Zeb a long time and his life was full of joy, kindness and extraordinary cheerfulness and laughter. Oak Alley, his friends and family will miss him a lot, RIP my friend and Debra, be strong, he died in October, a month True to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Mr. Zeb was a tremendous person to know, an inspirational employer, and respectfully admired human! His whit and cleverness continues to bring culture and vitality to the community & state.
May your legacy last for future generations to witness and may your soul have eternal peace forever and ever, Zeb. We will never forget you!
