Zelma Murl Hunt, 85, of Concord, passed away Monday, December 16, 2024 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.
She was born September 10, 1939 in North Carolina to the late Alonzo Allen and the late Vashti Allen.
She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, James "Will" Hunt, son, James F Hunt, daughter ,Gloria Allen, sister, Loise Carter, brothers, Rudolph Allen, Lonnie Allen, Billy Allen, granddaughter, Cheyenne Hunt, grandson, Derrick Roberson.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am - 10:30 am, Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The graveside service will be on Saturday at 11:00 am at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis in Concord officiated by( Family to let us know) Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord.
Survivors include daughter, Angilena Hunt (Robert ) Brown of Concord, NC, son, Willie Lee (Chrissie) Hunt of Alabama, daughter, Clair Allen (Clinton) Livingston of Concord NC, daughter, Brenda (Willie) Givines of Charlotte NC, sister Fannie Rivera, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and a host of loved ones and friends.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Hunt family.
