Zelma Kuhn Obituary
Zelma Kuhn, Former Hays, Kansas resident passed away January 20, 2024 in Alabama.
Zelma was born in Victoria, Kansas on February 23, 1935 to Peter M. and Josephine (Wasinger) Kuhn.As a young woman she worked as the elevator operator in the luxurious Lamar Hotel in downtown Hays. She will be deeply missed by all her nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 215 West 13th Hays, KS 67601, with Father Rich Daise officiating. Inurnment will follow the mass in the parish cemetery. Memorial visitation will be Friday, March 8, 2024, from 5 PM to 7 PM with a combined parish vigil and rosary service at 7 PM all at Keithley Funeral Homes and Crematory - Brock's Chapel, 2509 Vine Street Hays, KS 67601.
