Zema Smith Obituary
Mr. Zema Smith, Jr., aged 60, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, March 12, 2026. A lifelong resident of Bulloch County, he received his education through the local public schools and graduated from Statesboro High School in 1984.
Mr. Smith previously worked for the Bulloch Fertilizer Company and later retired after a career as a truck driver and as the owner of Zema Farms.
He leaves to cherish his memoires a son, Zorion Smith, Statesboro, GA; his mother, Susie Smith Statesboro, GA; his siblings, Cynthia Kelley and Tonny (Betty) Smith, both of Statesboro, GA; he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
His funeral plans will be announced later.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
