Zoltan James Timar, 71, formerly of Colts Neck, NJ, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on February 25, 2024. Born in Gyor, Hungary, on November 5, 1952, to the late Kalman and Ethel (Nagy) Timar, he made a profound impact on everyone he met.
Zoltan first worked at an employee agency for his father-in-law Dr. Ralph Barone in Woodbridge, NJ. He later became an esteemed real estate broker by profession, Zoltan's dedication and expert guidance earned him respect and trust within the community. His career was marked by an unwavering commitment to serving his clients with honesty and a personal touch that made him more than just a broker; he was a friend to many.
Zoltan is lovingly remembered by his family, Diane Barone Timar, son, Zoltan Michael Timar, sister, Eva Benyola and her husband David, nephews, John and David Benyola, brother-in-law, Michael Barone, cousins, Susan Mancini and her husband Nick, Cynthia Deutsch, and Frank Yulling and his wife Carolyn of Cambridge, MA many cousins in Hungary. He was preceded in death by his brother, Tibor "Timmy" Timar. His memory will be treasured as a source of joy and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
