Papa, I'm so grateful for the bazillion things you taught me - from car mechanics to plumbing to faithfulness and everything in between. You are already greatly missed and I can't wait to see you again soon! Love you so much,

I attended services at Hopewell Baptist Church, with Mr. Schulte. He was a very kind man, always had a beautiful smile for everybody! Mr. Schulte, fly with the angels... Your absence will definitely be felt by many.

I wish I had a photo or the words to describe all Bro. Schulte means to me and my siblings as he was a sergeant grandfather to us in his own way. He was a strong, loving, God honoring man, he was a great example of a real man, a man of God and sincere person. I will never forget him for all he did, was and meant to me and then my children and all those he invested in known or unknown for the Lords glory. Thanks for loving me and mine and being an example that pointed to Christ. With all my love amd prayers of comfort to the family

I remember when I first met Bro Schulte, he refused to shake my hand because of the dress I had worn. The following week, or maybe next, I wore a shawl over my dress and he finally shook my hand. He immediately told me I was raised properly as I shook his hand like I meant it and looked him in the eye (Vietnam veteran daughter). What an incredible man, so thankful I knew him. He will be missed immensely. My prayers and love to his family.

Hey Big Feller!
So glad you´re with the Lord, and no longer suffering!
We did not start out on the best of terms when I was young-probably because we were so much alike!
I´m so happy that we got beyond all that and ended up with a great friendship!
Rest In Peace, Papa
