Sean Ellis Obituary
Sean met the love of his life, Manuel Garcia, in 1991 and they were married on Maui, August 9, 2017.
Sean worked in Food Service for 40 years and the past many years was Private Dining Captain at the Waterbar restaurant in San Francisco.
Sean had an infectious smile and the ability to reach people in deep and meaningful ways.
Sean is survived by his spouse Manuel Garcia, his parents James and Sandra Ellis, his sister Stacey Ellis and many cousins and friends whose lives he touched. Sean was predeceased by his sister Shelley Ellis.
Sean chose direct cremation, no funeral and his ashes be spread at his favorite locations.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or charity of choice.

Surprised and saddened at this news. I worked with Sean and Manny at Stars and spent time with them in San Francisco and Napa. Adored Sean, of course, didn´t we all. Hugs to Manny, James, and Sandra.
