I loved reading all of these wonder words written about Amber, I knew her growing up and she was a sincere kind hearted young lady and what a terrific woman she turned out to be. My heart goes out to her family and friends losing a loved one at such a young age is always difficult, God must have needed another Angel and I’m sure it is comforting to her to be reunited with Jamie.

Dear Jeff,
It is with great saddness that I learn about Amber. I have wonderful memories of her spunky, loving spirit. She and I would often meet and walk the Monon. She was a joy. She served this congregation with hours and hours of work for UMW and Children's ministry. Please know that you and Jonathan are in my prayers.

Miss Amber was my daughter's first teacher, at Grace PDO. We could not have asked for a better experience. She was always so kind and happy. Miss Amber made a difference! She will truly be missed.

Dear Jeff and Jonathan
We were all so saddened to read of Amber's passing. We will treasure and cherish our memories of our years together with the three of you in Forest Hills. Amber was one of the most cheerful, positive, supportive and loving friends we have had the privilege of knowing. She definitely made the world a better place.

My daughter, Greta, had Miss Amber (along with Miss Carol) at Grace UMC Parent's Day Out about 5 years ago. Greta was such a shy little girl, but her teachers made her feel so comfortable and welcome there. She and Miss Amber even had the same strawberry blonde hair! It meant the world to me. Just wanted to let you know about one example of the many lives she touched as a teacher.

Amber was a friend of mine at Vincennes University. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed. She was always a ray of sunshine and we had some really good times together. She will never be forgotten.

To All of Amber's Family, & Friends,
I knew Amber because she was my sister's neighbor in Naperville. I had only a few personal encounters with Amber but heard about her all the time. I always applauded Amber's abililty to pack so much memory making into these last years. I know that she will be sorely missed and today there is little comfort in knowing that she suffers no more. I pray that you will feel God's comfort in the following days and that in time you will smile more than cry when you think of Amber.
