Daniel O'Grady Obituary

Daniel P. O'Grady, age 85, of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Naperville, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2007.

Veteran of WWII, serving in the US Army from 1943-1946.

Loving father of Daniel (Eileen) O'Grady, Paul O'Grady, Gerald O'Grady, Mary Lou O'Grady, Maureen (Robert) Rasmussen, Robert (Margaret) O'Grady and Kathleen (Steven) Krause. Cherished grandfather of David, Megan, Sarah, Michael, Kelly, Amanda, Andrew, Jane and Natalie.

Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane O'Grady; his parents, Daniel and Theresa O'Grady; also a sister, Melvina Petrick.

Visitation Sunday, July 22, 2007, 4-8PM at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr. in Romeoville. Funeral Monday, July 23, 2007, 9:30AM from the funeral home chapel to St. Andrew Catholic Church for a 10:00AM Mass. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to Leo Catholic High School, 7901 S. Sangamon St., Chicago, IL 60620 or Sunrise Community (for Amanda), 9040 Sunset Dr., Miami, FL 33173 preferred.
