I am so saddened to hear that Janet's life has ended, and extend my sympathies to her family members. I remember Janet as a fun-loving, warm-hearted girlfriend who I looked so forward to seeing at reunion picnics my family attended with her parents & siblings. I wished we'd spent time together as adults, and regret the opportunity is now passed.

I am a long time friend of the Dittmer family. My daughter and Janet were in the same sorority in college. My sympathy to all of you and I have fond memories of Janet when she was a young girl.
