Terry Nelson Johnson shared Mikey's story with me, and what a beautiful and courageous story it is. He sounds like an amazing person, whom I would have liked the privilege to know. May your family find Grace, and some day, Peace. Please know, for what the feelings of a stranger are worth, that your son's life has deeply touched me and so many. God speed. Sweet dreams, Michael.

Michael was an awesome young man, his diagnosis never dampened his loving and giving spirit! With all that he had going on he rose to the challenge to help others and support the work of the American Cancer Society. His team raised thousands of dollars for cancer research and advocacy. His presence on the track for Relay for Life gave strength and support to those he walked with. I was proud to share the banner and walk the track with him, his young life made a difference!

To Michael s family, stay strong and know that everything you will miss will continue in Heaven, you will see Michael again, play golf, and be with him. Be patient and keep up with your church 24/7. I will pray for u guys and know that heaven is not just for seniors. Balance in heaven is needed and Michael will continue to be that great son and everything.
