Dear Steve and Debbie,
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your son Brett. Unfortunately, we know how very difficult it is to lose a child. We send hugs and hope that you are able to take it one day or moment at a time. You are not alone.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loved and deepest condolences are extended to you. Something that's helped me through the death of loved ones is to reflect on 1 Corinthians 15:26.

I'm so sorry for the loss you've experienced, I know how tough it is. But we can rest assured that during such times, our loving God is there to comfort us. At 2 Kings 20:5, God said to one of his servants "I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Here I am healing you." So he saw and heard the outcry of his servant then acted on it. We can be sure that, as God does not change, He does the same for us. I hope that this thought can provide you with some comfort and strength during this time of grief. You will be in my prayers.
