Rosemarie Dishauzi Obituary
Naples - Rosemarie Ellen Dishauzi 85, of Naples Florida, formerly of Aliquippa Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Saturday May 23, 2020 at her home in Naples Florida.
Born, May 22, 1935 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Luigi and Sabatina Galzerano.
Rosemarie was preceded in death by her son, Dr. John Louis Dishauzi on March 5, 2018 and her brother, Carmen Galzerano on July 28, 2019, brother in laws, Joseph Michael Dishauzi and Daniel Delturo.
Surviving are her husband, John Dishauzi of Naples Florida, daughter and son in law, Dr. Karen Dishauzi and Bruce McCauley of Chesterfield Missouri, son and daughter in law, Dr. Douglas Dishauzi and Kimberley Dishauzi, son and daughter in law, Dr. David Dishauzi and Dr. Debra Hopp Dishauzi all of Naples Florida. She is also survived by her beloved grand dogs, Cody and Tuffy.
She graduated from Aliquippa High School and received her Business Associates Degree from Robert Morris College. Rosemarie was a former employee of Pittsburgh Plate Glass, Gimbels fine jewelry, and was a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. Her most recent employment endeavors included working as a certified chiropractic assistant at Sheffield Chiropractic Clinic, North Trail Chiropractic Clinic and Vanderbilt Chiropractic Clinic in each of her son's practices.
She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Church in Aliquippa Pennsylvania and St. William Catholic Church in Naples Florida.
Rosemarie was an avid traveler which took her all around the world with her family. Her many talents included oil and watercolor painting as well as cooking her family's favorite Italian dishes. She very much enjoyed the cultural aspects of music and theater and was always ready to attend any show or production available. She was devoted to her family and always wanted the best educational and life opportunities available for her children.
Friends will be received on Wednesday May 27 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 am, Thursday May 28th, at St. William Catholic Church, 601 Seagate Drive, Naples, FL 34108. Interment will take place at Palm Royale Cemetery Mausoleum, 6780 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34119.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made for masses through the family, or to Catholic Charities USA through St. William Catholic Church in Rosemarie's name.
The funeral mass will be live streamed at www.saintwilliam.org by going to the St. William Catholic Church website.
