Andrew Keating Clark, 33, a resident of New York City, formerly of New Canaan and Wilton, died Saturday, Aug 11, in New York

Born in Stamford on Feb 20, 1979, he was the son of Elizabeth Mansfield of New Canaan and the late Berne H Clark Andrew was the loving husband of Dawn Dawson Clark

Andrew graduated from Avon Old Farms boarding school, where he was an accomplished athlete He went on to attend Bucknell University where he met his wife, Dawn, and developed his closest friendships as a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity His love for the culinary arts was nurtured at the Culinary Institute of America

Following his graduation from the CIA in 2005, Andrew spent time perfecting his craft in kitchens throughout Europe and New York City These experiences abroad helped Andrew develop the necessary expertise to later co-found Agri-Craft, a specialty food company that provides high-quality, artisan raised food to both retail and foodservice outlets

Andrew was a compassionate and generous man who loved his friends and family dearly He was an avid reader who enjoyed traveling and spending time with his closest friends, family and his beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Oliver Sharing his culinary passion and talents was his favorite activity; seeing a table full of loved ones enjoying his meals was when Andrew was at his happiest Always the prankster, Andrew's witty sense of humor will be missed

In addition to his wife and mother, Andrew is survived by his sister, Allison Clark of New Canaan; and his stepfather, H Stanley Mansfield of Chatham, Mass

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Aug 16, at the Congregational Church of New Canaan, Park Street, at 11 Interment will be private The family will

receive friends Wednesday evening at the Hoyt Funeral Home, 199 Main Street, New Canaan, from 4-8
