DAVID RAYMOND ATTEBERY David Raymond Attebery, age 80 of Helotes, TX passed away August 12, 2024 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX. David was born March 11, 1944 in Kansas City, KS, the son of Oliver Otis and Valda Louise (Dysart) Attebery. He married Patricia Ann Allen October 31, 1964 at the Englewood Methodist Church in Englewood, CO. David was a master electrician for 50 years and formerly lived in Golden, CO and Lakewood, CO before moving to Texas in 1993. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Attebery of Helotes, TX; son, Darren Scott Attebery of Falconer, NY; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; brother, Robert Ronald (Betty) Attebery of Elmwood and sister, Judith Rae Attebery of Murray; many other relatives and friends. David was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard Lee Attebery and James Roger Attebery; and sons, Kelly Ryan Attebery and Michael Patrick Attebery; and grandson, Kevin Taylor (Howsare) Attebery. Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 31, 2024 at the Nehawka United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the West Union Cemetery near Union.
