Mr. Nance - I don't know you but I knew Kathy for quite a while. Like some of the others that are expressing their sympathy I would like to do the same. I grew up with Kathy and Danny and family for a long while until I left NB for the Air Force. I grew up with the group in Woodrow also. I have often thought of Kathy, Danny and family over the years and was looking forward when we could visit again. But God has our destination and Kathy has reached her final destination and prayerfully is rejoicing with her Savior. My prayer is that God will somehow fill the void you and your famiy have. May God Bless you and your family now and in the days ahead.

TO THE FAMILY OF KATHY KOONCE NANCE- KATHY WOULD REMEMBER ME AS, JEAN TAYLOR, MY SISTER, JOANNE, AND KATHY AND DANNY ALL GREW UP TOGETHER IN NEW BERN, IN A SECTION CALLED WOODROW. WE HAD SOME WONDERFUL TIMES TOGETHER AND I REMEMBER THEM LIKE YESTERDAY. THE LAST TIME I SAW AND SPOKE WITH KATHY, WAS BACK IN THE EIGHTIES. I WORKED FOR AN ORTHODONTIST, DR. GORMAN, THAT SHE BROUGHT HER STEP-DAUGHTER TO.( I THINK I'M RIGHT ABOUT THIS) SHE AND JOANNE WERE GREAT BUDDIES FOR YEARS UNTIL OUR LIVES TOOK US ALL IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. I HAVE THOUGHT OF KATHY QUITE OFTEN AND WONDERED WHERE SHE WAS AND HOW SHE WAS DOING. SO SURPRISED TO PICK UP THE PAPER AND SEE THE SAD NEWS OF HER PASSING. I PRAY FOR HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT THIS TIME. WISH I WERE ABLE TO ATTEND THE SERVICES, BUT TIME WILL NOT ALLOW IT. AGAIN, MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY IS WITH YOU ALL. IN MY PRAYERS, JEAN TAYLOR JONES JOANNE TAYLOR MULLINS ROSEMARY TAYLOR P.S. KATHY'S MOTHER WAS A RELATIVE OF MINE, SO SHE WAS MORE THAN A FRIEND.
