My favorite times were babysitting and traveling to Gloucester and Rockport with Auntie and family as a babysitter for Chris and Nicola... She and I would get silly playing Setback and eating Stateline Cheese Popcorn (our fav) while Chris would jump on me with his Superman towel tied around his neck saying, "Do you like me, Jill; do ya, do ya..." She always encouraged my gifts of drawing, painting and crafting. When I was in my second year of college, she was one of the first to volunteer to take care of my newborn son, Shane. Auntie was very special throughout my entire life and when Chris and Nicola were newborns, I volunteered to go over and stay overnight to hold my baby cousins and play with them as they grew older... I'm not saying goodbye Auntie Gail; just, "see you later"... til we meet again with Randy, my Dad, etc. Love, Jill

"She had a clever wit, an infectious smile, and a perennially youthful spirit. She brought joy and light to all who were lucky enough to know her."
I can't think of her without seeing her smile and her laughing eyes. She loved her family and her life with them...I feel lucky to have experienced her kindness and humor when Nicola & the Mantzaris family were so gracious to include me in celebrations.
My sympathies for your loss.

Gail was such a dear friend. I have so many happy memories of her especially when our children were little and we walked together every day. May God comfort you Lou, and all your family.
