Ruby Mae Bordeaux Obituary

Ruby Mae (Boney) Bordeaux, affectionately known as Sue, age 92 of New Britain, peacefully entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at her home surrounded by family and friends.
Ruby was born March 8, 1929 to the late Mary Wells and Oscar Edward Boney. She was preceded in death by her three brothers William Boney, Roosevelt Boney, Andrew Steven Boney and three sister Mary Boney McCalop, Betty Boney McCalop, Lucy Catherine Boney(HUN), her son Ronald Lee Boney and husband Henry Lee Bordeaux.
She received her education in the public schools of Duplin County Rose Hill, North Carolina. She was a member of Spottswood A.M.E. Zion Church in New Britain.
Ruby leaves to cherish her precious memories her son Henry Lee Bordeaux Jr., five grandchildren Michael Johnson, Amber Hughes, Letisha Bordeaux, Bridgette Bordeaux, and Breonna Bordeaux, seven great grandchildren and special nieces, nephews, in laws, relatives and many friends.
Her Memorial Service will be held at New Britain Memorial & Donald D. Sagarino funeral home on July 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
