Lacy Frazier Obituary
Lacy Frazier, age 83, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Frazier; parents, William Boston and Dollie Ball Frazier; brothers, Gene Frazier, R. C. Frazier, and Kenneth Frazier; and sister, Lucille Coggle.
He is survived by his children, Jackie Cody, Tammy Talley, Beverley Wells, Vickie Plona, Paula Chabek and Ricky Frazier; sisters, Maggie Flathead, Betty (Toby) Howard and Judy Thornton; brother, Carl Frazier; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; also other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Monday, June 12, 2023 with funeral services following at 7 p.m. in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Andrew Wells and Rev. Michael Allen.
Burial will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in Union Cemetery.
