Charles Teuscher Obituary

ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. - Charles "Chuck" Edward Teuscher, 81, of Zephyrhills, Fla., went home to be with his Lord on Jan. 11, 2025.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on June 14, at Christian Life Church, Rantoul. The family will greet friends an hour prior.

He was born Feb. 20, 1943, in Fisher, a son of Daniel and Edna (Unzicker) Teuscher. He married Edna Myers on June 7, 1964, in Sumter, S.C. She survives.

Also surviving are two sisters, Thelma Downing of Wellsville, Ohio, and Lois Thomassian of Woodstock, Ga., and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Sciarretta; and a brother, Delton.

Chuck worked at the University of Illinois in the horticulture department for nine years. He owned and operated Chucks Flower and Garden Center in Fisher for 30 years.

He was a member of the Singing Men of WGNN for several years and his hobbies included music and writing poems.

Memorials may be made to the Christian Life Church or Alzheimer's Association Florida Gulf Coast.

I have many good memories of Chuck.
Singing and worshipping together.
A wonderful, godly man.
Prayers for Edna and his family and many friends. It was a joy to know him. We know he is now in the beautiful presence of the Lord.
