PHILO - Joyce Bielert, 62, of Philo, died at 10:38 a.m. Saturday (Sept. 21, 2024) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Owens Funeral Home, 101 N. Elm St., Champaign.

Joyce was such a joy whenever I stopped in at the the Corner Store. If her car wasn't there, I would not stop. RIP Joyce.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Rigg's Brewery in Urbana on Thursday, Sept. 26th from 4-6pm. All are welcome! Food trucks will be available. Donations are welcome. Guests are encouraged to wear purple to honor her memory.

Joyce Ann was my cousin. She was a wonderful person. She was always there when friends or family needed anything. She was an angel to me when I needed help getting through tough times. I loved her dearly and will miss her forever. The only good thing about her passing is she is with Kevin, the husband she adored. God has welcomed another beautiful soul. I love you Joyce Ann
